About the RoleResponsible of the warranty business in the aftersales department of the company.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily warranty/claims.
- Participate in the formulation of warranty/claim standards.
- Responsible for input of warranty system requirements and ensure that the warranty system is online.
- Responsible for service station warranty audit.
- Fill in monthly warranty analysis report.
- Follow up the refund of claims.

Qualifications
- Fluent English and Italian. xbvzest
- Experience in the OEM or distributor same position in European market mainstream vehicle brands.
