RINA is currently recruiting for a Aerospace Lead Auditor to join its office in Florence, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

Mission
The role focuses on planning, execution, and management of audits within our certification business, leading large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, compliance with standards, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead and coordinate comprehensive third‑party audits in accordance with the EN9100:2018 aerospace quality management standard, conducting thorough evaluations of client processes and quality systems to verify compliance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage a complex three‑year strategic audit schedule for diverse aerospace client organizations, ensuring timely execution of audits that uphold certification validity and foster sustained organizational development.




- Engage proactively with clients, conducting in-depth consultations to understand their operational environments and certification goals, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor who supports their journey toward excellence.
- Collaborate extensively with internal departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and compliance teams to facilitate the effective implementation of audit recommendations and corrective action plans, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aerospace regulations, including EASA Part 145 and Part 21, as well as evolving industry quality standards and best practices, equipping yourself to offer informed counsel and maintain RINA Services’ leadership in the certification domain.
