Sysdig is the right place for you.What you will do:Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers — building trust from engineers to the C-suiteCollaborate with customer teams on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practicesDrive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig's technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome MappingLead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop deep knowledge of customer environments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovationLead and contribute to hands-on workshops that help customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platformSupport Sales in renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating measurable value realization and usage growthIdentify and mitigate account risk early through health monitoring, technical diagnostics, and
