What You Will Be Doing

- Own territory execution across an Area in Italy,



including account planning, customer coverage (direct, POS customers & distribution network), pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships (with our direct, POS customers & distribution network) with customer stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, leadership).
- Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue.
- Drive commercial discussions with our direct or POS customers (working via our distribution network) and ensure disciplined follow‑up and execution.
- Provide market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors) and translate it into focused actions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional resources and, if needed, align with the Sales Team (Distribution Sales, Key Accounts, Business Development, Customer Experience, Inside Sales) and relevant inte
