The Technical Specialist, based in Italy, is supporting the dealers and team in the field in technical advice and support / assistance. Is organizing and supporting the training season for all the brands and product. This role ensures consistent, high-quality training and support aligned with business priorities and customer support objectives.
Your Impact
- Provide technical support and expert guidance on AGCO tractor technologies (Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and PTx).
- Assist dealers and sales partners in resolving complex technical issues and support field teams with case management and EWFR reporting.
- Deliver technical training, support training programs,



and act as an additional trainer for courses, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Commission AGCO tractor technology in the field and support new product launches and market introductions.
- Support AGCO system technologies and tools (AGCO Net, Fleetscan, Tech Connect, CPQ, diagnostics), including on-site assistance and seasonal on-call support.

Your Experience And Qualifications
- Experience in aftersales, technical training, or learning & development
- Strong understanding of service environments and/or dealer networks
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization
- Strong influencing and communication skills. Good written and spoken English knowledge
