Job Overview
Stellantis AS is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative IT Business Analyst to support the planning, launch, and lifecycle management of Mopar Service Contracts across dealer, retail, and digital channels in Sales and Aftersales context.

The candidate will play a critical role in enabling Service contracts go-to-market execution by supporting product costing, pricing, vehicle applicability, reporting across multiple systems and platforms in a multinational/multicultural environment spread across regions and time zones.

The analyst will partner closely with Product Owners, business teams, and technical delivery teams to drive system enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and enable scalable, AI and data-driven solutions that support business growth and user experience.
