As a Transfer Pricing Consultant in Milan, you will support clients and the firm in navigating complex tax and corporate-law challenges. You will work within KPMG’s Transfer Pricing team to analyze value chains, conduct OECD-compliant studies, and prepare transfer pricing documentation, while expanding international tax knowledge. The role offers a dynamic, inclusive environment with opportunities to contribute to innovative, cross-border projects and ESG-aligned initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues across offices to drive meaningful outcomes for clients and the business.

Structure and perform compliance analyses under Italian tax law and OECD guidelines
Analyze group value chains through management interviews
Analyze financial statements and intra-group contracts
Conduct economic and benchmarking analyses
Draft transfer pricing documentation
Develop expertise in international tax matters
Collaborate on research and potential article writing
Master's degree in Economics (LM-56 or LM-77) with xbvzest minimum 100/110
Willingness to obtain or already hold chartered accountant qualification
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Organizational skills, initiative and problem solving
