Technical Sales Support Specialist
Your Role
You support Shelly customers across the Italian speaking markets and make every interaction helpful, clear, and human. You provide pre- and post-sales assistance, guide users through our products,



and identify new business opportunities that support the growth of our sales team.

What makes you a great fit:

You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

You have at least 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role

You have experience with wiring and concept diagrams for electrical connections and first‑hand knowledge of the Shelly ecosystem

You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across phone, email, chat, and support platforms

You approach customer questions with patience, curiosity, and a practical problem‑solving mindset

You are comfortable using CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing systems; experience with Zendesk or HubSpot is an advantage

You organise your work effectively and keep customer information and follow‑up actions accurate

You are interested in technology, smart homes, and connected devices

You bring experience in IoT, electronics,
