Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Service Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate new opportunities, and secure profitable growth within the Motion Service division, focusing on Drives and primarily targeting End Users in Liguria, Emilia and Marche regions.You will focus on increasing penetration of the Installed Base (IB) and promoting the full Service portfolio for Drives, including spare parts, service agreements, maintenance, training, digital , energy efficiency, and modernization
solutions.You will be mainly accountable for:Penetrating the Installed Base by promoting upgrades, retrofits,
and value-added solutionsGenerating service sales leads and developing new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagementBuilding and maintaining long-term relationships with End User customersPreparing, reviewing, and executing sales plans, including proposing recovery actions when neededApplying channel strategies and supporting pricing definitionActing as a promoter of ABB’s Service portfolio during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, customer meetings, conferences)Ensuring a prompt and effective response to customer needs and issuesQualifications for the role Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial environments or automationAvailability for frequent business travel, including training and customer
visits, mainly across Liguria, Emilia and Marche regions.Strong ability to establish strong customer relationships and foster long-term partnershipsApplies structured sales methodologies, managing pipeline, forecasts, and achieving targets aligned with business resultsTechnical background (technical diploma or engineeri
