Having a line report to the Condé Nast Commercial Creative Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the CNCC Italy Project Management team and directly managing the most important projects, including cross-platform and multi-client projects. The person will play a key role both in the pre-sale phase, supporting the Brand Marketing and Sales teams in defining project planning and sustainability,



and in the post-sale phase, with full responsibility for the execution, production, profitability and final quality of custom and tentpole projects (content, video, social media, events). They will be the main internal and external point of reference for all delivery activities, ensuring alignment between the sold project and the delivered outcome.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead all execution and delivery activities for cross-platform commercial projects, including video productions, advertorials and branded content, social media & editorial campaign assets, events and in-event activationsDefine and manage the project by collecting and defining all the information necessary to complete the project plan, including activities, timeline and project planning (deliverables, milestones, deadlines, approval steps)Manage the internal Project Management team (5 people) and coordinate external teams (2 People)
