The Role
As a People Operations Specialist at Air Apps, you will be at the heart of our HR and recruiting operations. You’ll ensure smooth and timely delivery of key people-related processes,
from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee support. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining a compliant, well‑organized, and people‑first work environment.

- This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

- Assist with day‑to‑day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
- Support internal HR initiatives, including company‑sponsored people programs and team communications.
