To strengthen our Global Cyber Security team, we are looking for a Global Information Security Manager who will play a key role in protecting our digital ecosystem and shaping our global security strategy. If you are passionate about cybersecurity, governance, and enabling secure digital transformation, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Your Responsibilities

- Drive Security Strategy & Governance: define and implement a global information security strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring robust policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Lead Risk Management Activities: identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks,



developing proactive mitigation plans to safeguard systems, data, and operations.
- Strengthen Security Awareness Culture: design and deliver engaging awareness and training programs to embed a strong security mindset across the organization.
- Manage Incident Response & Resilience: develop and oversee incident response processes, ensuring effective detection, response, and recovery from cyber threats.
- Ensure Compliance & Monitoring: maintain compliance with key regulations (e.g., NIS2) and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS), while enhancing monitoring capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate Across Ecosystems: work closely with IT/OT teams, external partners, and industry bodies to strengthen security architecture, third‑party risk management, and sector‑specific requirements.

Your Background

- Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of proven exp
