Position SummaryAs a Field Service Engineer for Rolls‑Royce, you will Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve issues arising from integration and operation of LiftSystem components for the Italian Navy Provide technical guidance and advice in the evaluation of LiftSystem problems and to render technical assistance. Principle location will be at the Italian Naval Air Base in Grottaglie, Italy.
What you will be doingBe the initial point of customer contact for LiftSystem Action Resolution (AR) issues at Grottaglie. As required, provide assistance to Pratt & Whitney and customer personnel on technical issues which include: LiftSystem/Aircraft interface issues, Lift System troubleshooting, LiftSystem maintenance, LiftSystem repairs, and logistic support. Provide customers with an authoritative point of contact on all issues related to the operation of the LiftSystem product and maintain connectivity between Rolls‑Royce management and key custo
