Description
As a Reporting Specialist, you will support the Group's financial reporting and consolidation activities, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, regulatory disclosures, and management reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, supporting audits, overseeing IFRS 16 reporting, and contributing to ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the Group Integrated Report, in line with applicable regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
Responsibilities

- Manage financial reporting activities, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, disclosures, and regulatory reports.
- Support the Group consolidation process through the validation, reconciliation, and consolidation of reporting packages from subsidiaries, including IFRS adjustments and reporting integration of new entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS requirements, internal controls, and evolving accounting and reporting regulations.
- Coordinate IFRS 16 reporting activities, including lease accounting, reconciliations, calculation models, and related financial disclosures.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of the Group Financial Statements package, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Support external audits and management reporting, preparing documentation, addressing audit queries, and contributing to reporting for senior management and the Board of Directors.
