Should be very familiar with applications/systems like Portal Testing, ETL/ODI/EDM, switching technologies like BASE24, BRIDGE and usage of POS terminals,
card processing and transactions as well have an overall understanding of the Payments processing life cycle.Will be responsible for managing a set of testers (junior and senior) to get projects/programs completed, lead from the front in terms of technical decisioning and test / stakeholder / client management aspects.
Should be able to deal with senior stakeholders within Fiserv in terms of status updates, conflict management and clarifications, explanations/technical discussions and mentor testers.
