The National Field Sales Manager at Ferrero leads and coordinates field sales agencies to drive brand performance and ensure perfect store execution across the territory. Reporting to both the country sales manager and trade marketing manager in a matrix structure, this role develops field teams following formal people processes and line manager standards. You will manage the performance of outsourced agencies, including PFM, to achieve national sales targets and improve retail execution. The position is based in Alba, Trento - Piemonte, Italy, and requires close collaboration with the trade marketing function.

You will report to the country sales manager and trade marketing manager in a matrix structure. You will ensure perfect store execution and product availability for all Ferrero brands at retail. You will develop and coach field sales teams following established people processes and line manager standards. You will manage performance of outsourced agencies, including PFM, to meet agreed sales targets. You will collaborate with the trade marketing manager to plan and execute national promotional campaigns. You will monitor field sales results and provide insights to optimize agency effectiveness continuously. You will support product launches and promotional activities at key retail locations within the region. You will maintain strong relationships with retail customers and agency partners to ensure compliance.
