Duties and Responsibilities
Core Admissions Support
* Act as a point of contact for prospective families, responding promptly and professionally to admissions enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
* Support the day-to-day administration of the admissions process, ensuring that enquiries and applications are handled efficiently and courteously.
* Coordinate entrance assessments for prospective pupils, including CAT4 and English language assessments, and ensure all relevant documentation is prepared and shared in advance.
* Welcome prospective families and visitors to the school,



assisting with visits and providing school tours as required.
* Update and maintain applicant records on OpenApply, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and up to date.
* Support communications with families throughout the admissions journey, including the sharing of application outcomes and next steps, under the guidance of the Admissions Officer and Head of MCA.
* Monitor and track the payment of registration fees, liaising with families and internal colleagues as needed.
Administrative and Liaison Responsibilities
* Arrange meetings and interviews for prospective pupils and families with members of the Admissions Committee, as required.
* Liaise with the Infirmary and other relevant departments to ensure that key information relating to new pupils is collected and shared appropriately.
* Prepare, organise and distribute admissions documentation for new families, including welcome materials, forms
