​Investment Analyst – Italy (Real Estate)We are a leading pan-European investor, developer, and asset manager specialising in logistics and industrial real estate.With a significant portfolio of assets under management and a strong development pipeline, we operate across multiple European markets and have built a reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable real estate solutions.​The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our Italian team, based in Milan. This role will focus on sourcing, analysing, and executing logistics real estate investment and development opportunities across Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developmentsPerform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modellingConduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligenceBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors,
