We´ll fly you to Portugal, pick you up from the airport, set you up with temporary accommodation, and help you find your perfect home. Enjoy sunny days, ocean views, vibrant culture, and the warmth of Portuguese hospitality all while growing your career in an international team.
Your Role:
- Connect with customers via phone, chat & email in Italian
- Solve problems with empathy, accuracy, and a smile
- Keep track of cases in our CRM and follow through until resolution
- Work closely with teammates to keep service top-notch

What You Bring:




- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
- Ready to relocate to Portugal
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a premio
- EU passport or Portuguese residency card
