A leading European data centre delivery specialist is currently seeking two experienced Electrical Engineers to join a major hyperscale data centre development in Milan.This organisation delivers full turnkey mission-critical campuses across Europe, supporting global technology clients through design coordination, installation, commissioning, and final handover.As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex electrical systems on site, coordinating subcontractors, managing technical documentation, supporting installation quality, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, compliantly,
and to programme.These are hands-on, site-based engineering roles within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities• Support the delivery of electrical installation works across large-scale mission-critical systems
• Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors on site to ensure programme alignment
• Review and manage technical drawings, specifications, and electrical documentation
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractor personnel
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with project requirements and quality benchmarks
• Maintain compliance with the Integrated Management System across all electrical activities
• Prioritise, allocate, and track technical workloads across the engineering team
• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety and operational obligations
