Role summaryWe are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager who will support local IT projects for logistics systems, coordinate carrier integrations, translate business needs into functional specifications, and manage project timelines and deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local IT initiatives focused on logistics systems and digital transformation.
- Coordinate carrier integration projects (EDI, API, SFTP) with logistics partners and regional headquarters.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.
- Oversee project scope, schedules, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with HQ development teams and external technology vendors.
- Maintain Cello TMS configurations and provide operational support when needed.
- Prepare project documentation, process maps, and user guides.
What we are looking for
- Approximately three years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or the implementation of logistics systems
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Solid understanding of logistics operations and processes
- Proven experience in delivering IT projects or implementing business systems
- Familiarity with EDI/API integrations is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a practical, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication xbvzest skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams
