In view of staff expansion, ENCO is currently seeking one Exploitation and Innovation Manager to be involved in the implementation of our Horizon Europe R&I; projects.
The selected individual will be tasked with crafting strategic and quantitative analyses on industry value chains, market trends and end‑user requirements, devising business models and plans, and formulating go‑to‑market strategies for the innovative solutions developed within the assigned projects.
Working with companies, universities and research centres from all over Europe, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to swiftly grasp and elaborate on complex information,
understand the needs of projects and consortia, lead the formulation of post‑project strategies, and translate them into effective business models and plans.
Responsibilities

- Devising exploitation strategies and plans
- Writing project deliverables and reports
- Monitoring trends and advancements in relevant markets to align exploitation strategies with industry developments
- Defining go‑to‑market strategies and replication models; identifying potential exploitation opportunities within project outcomes and results
- Developing business models and plans
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of exploitation activities
- Tracking the implementation and adoption of exploitation strategies and adjusting plans based on feedback and results
- Managing intellectual property rights (IPR) to ensure compliance and maximize commercial potential
