We are looking for a Customer Engineer UPS/AC Power to join our team in Catania, Sicily, Italy.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance and commissioning of UPS systems and battery systems at the customer's site.
- Testing of system parameters and processes, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctions.
- Documentation and realization of assignments on time and on target.
- Usage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policies.
- Emergency standby within the region.

Qualifications
- Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.




- Experience working in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment essential.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous field service experience essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self‑starter, ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Clean valid driving licence. xbvzest
