How You'll Impact

- Executive assistance. Support travel arrangements, calendar management and appointment scheduling, and provide general support to Managing Directors in Italy.
- Operations support.
Admin support for day-to-day operations of business, CRM management and Health & Safety support under managerial guidance.
- Office management. Participate in local event organization, working closely with our event team based in Germany, and provide local administrative support to the Office head.
What You'll Bring

- University student (BSc or MSc) or recent graduate in Humanities, Languages, communication, or international cooperation.
- First experience working in a corporate context is desirable but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and precise communication.
- Self‑assured appearance, comfortable in an international work environment.
- Ability to communicate confidently in Italian and English.
