Role OverviewThe ICT Application Specialist will join the ICT Team and support the maintenance, evolution, and daily operation of business applications, with a focus on ERP systems, mainly SAP Business One, in Operations-driven environments.




The role combines functional knowledge of ERP processes with technical skills and first-level IT support, acting as a key interface between business users, internal ICT teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP and operational processes, translating them into functional specifications.
- Support SAP Business One application, especially in Operations areas (Logistics, Distribution, Procurement, Sales).
- Act as first-level (L1) IT support for general IT and application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user assistance.
- Collaborate with business users to understand workflows, identify gaps, and propose system-based solutions.
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between ERP and other applications (e.g. B2B, CRM, WMS, reporting tools, third-party systems).
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for application support, enhancements, and issue
