Casco’s product lines include electromechanical and electronic devices for all types of vehicles. These products are designed to meet the automotive needs of a global market.
What will you do

Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives across the EMEA supply base.
Develop and execute supplier development plans based on supplier performance, risk assessments, and business needs.
Monitor supplier KPIs including PPM, warranty performance,



customer complaints, delivery performance, and audit results.
Support supplier capability enhancement through coaching, training, and implementation of best practices.
Lead supplier escalation activities and recovery plans for underperforming suppliers.
Supplier Audits & Assessments

Plan and conduct supplier process audits in accordance with:
IATF 16949
VDA 6.3
Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
CASCO Supplier Quality Requirements
Perform supplier maturity and readiness assessments for new and existing suppliers.
Evaluate manufacturing processes following CQI or OEM standards
Ensure timely closure and verification of audit findings.
New Product Launch Support

Support supplier selection and qualification activities from Quality perspective.
Participate in supplier sourcing decisions and technical risk assessments.
Review and approve supplier APQP deliverables.
Conduct Run-at-Rate and proce
