Structural and Architectural packages, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing subcontractors across structural works, envelope, fit-out, cladding, roofing, and internal architectural packages through to final snagging and handover.Key Responsibilities• Supervise and coordinate all CSA work packages across the project• Manage day-to-day site operations including subcontractor performance and manpower• Drive site safety standards in collaboration with EHS teams and management• Oversee QA processes and ensure works meet project specifications and benchmarks• Coordinate programme activities with planners, PMs, consultants, and subcontractors• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting aligned with client requirements• Chair subcontractor progress meetings and ensure delivery against
