Our centralized IT shared services function delivers technology across all brands worldwide.The RoleYou will own the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain platform for the group. This is a senior hands-on position: you will lead functional design, run implementations and rollouts, manage vendor partners, and act as the primary escalation point for finance systems across multiple legal entities in more than a dozen countries. You will work directly with group and brand finance leadership in Europe, and you will build out a core D365 service function for the group.Key Responsibilities

Own the D365 Finance & Supply Chain roadmap, configuration, and release management across all NTG entities

Manage the environment lifecycle through Lifecycle Services (LCS) and the Power Platform admin center, including One Version service updates, sandbox and production environments, release planning, and regression testing

Act as the group's key enabler for new platform capability: track Microsoft release waves, Copilot and AI features, and wider D365 trends, then bring the ones that earn their place into the business with a clear case

Lead functional workstreams for new entity onboarding, chart of accounts alignment, and intercompany processes
