The Val Gardena‑Alpe di Siusi Cable Car Consortium represents the interests of one of the strongest mountain and tourism regions in the Dolomites. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to join us immediately - someone who thinks strategically, works creatively, and actively contributes to shaping the future of the destination.
Branding & Positioning
- Further development of brand identity and territorial storytelling
- Management of the overall brand presence and communication materials
- Implementation of creative campaigns to strengthen the destination

Social Media & Community Management
- Conceptualization and production of social media content
- Planning and execution of seasonal campaigns
- Community management and monitoring of online reputation

Data Analysis & CRM
- Analysis of digital KPIs and performance data
- Management and segmentation of the user database
- Contribution to loyalty and lifecycle initiatives

Public Relations & Partnerships
- Collaboration with tourism associations, Dolomiti Superski, and regional institutions




- Maintaining relationships with media and key stakeholders

Events & Promotions
- Planning and execution of events, initiatives, and promotions
- Coordination of suppliers, logistics, and event communication

Sustainability
- Analysis and development of a sustainability strategy
- Implementation of marketing initiatives that promote sustainability and social responsibility

Your profile
- Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Professional experience in marketing, ideally in tourism
- Strong command of xbvzest digital marketing tools and social media
- Creativity, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of German, Italian, and English is an advantage
