we are seeking a Manufacturing Manager for our plant in Frosinone.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing activities performed on purchased/in-process products to convert them from a raw or semi-finished state into a completed state (with particular focus on mechanical components/products);
* Monitoring production execution and work progress;
* Evaluating materials and hours spent, and managing off-load execution;
* Supporting the definition of the budget and production plan;
* Managing the processing, issuance, and control of production orders according to manufacturing cycles and in line with the product realization schedule;
* Ensuring that all processes are carried out in compliance with cost, timing, and expected quality targets, while also implementing corrective actions aimed at achieving objectives;
* Performing autonomous maintenance and supporting the definition
