Position: Site Administrator
We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our expanding team in Milan, Italy.

The Site Administrator will provide administrative and project support to the Project Director and site team. This role requires strong organisational, communication,



and project coordination skills to ensure the team remains focused on project priorities while operational tasks are managed efficiently.

The Site Administrator will act as a key liaison between the Project Director, project teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution of project‑related activities.

Requirements

- Act as the key point of contact for new joiners; work with HR and the site team to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the Head Office Travel Team to coordinate local accommodation and car arrangements.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics as required.
- Monitor and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring all correspondence reaches the relevant people involved in the project.
- Organise and facil­itate meetings, workshops, and site visits.
- Maintain filing systems and support docum
