For the strengthening of the Compliance function within Cedacri’s companies, part of ION Group, we are looking for talented professionals to grow their career as Compliance Specialist. This opportunity is aimed at candidates with 1–3 years of experience in areas such as compliance, internal controls, data analysis, or related fields.
Selected candidates, preferably with an academic background in Economics, Statistics,
or similar disciplines, will join a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, leveraging analytical and data-driven approaches to support compliance activities, business processes, and strategic objectives.

Your role:
Your duties and responsibilities

- Monitor regulatory provisions of potential impact for products and systems offered by the Group, and, through impact analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of identified solutions for compliance with legal/regulatory requirements
- Provide consulting activities towards internal and external Clients, in the implementation of new products and services in the regulatory field
- Support the process of drafting and updating policies, procedures and company operating instructions
- Support in managing relations with Customers and external authorities.
