Collect, analyse, and translate business needs into clear IT requirements and project proposals.
Assess, prioritise, and manage the IT demand pipeline in line with business value, strategic objectives, available capacity, and dependencies.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance.
Monitor project progress, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when required. xbvzest
Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and alignment of IT solutions with business expectations.
