As a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Production Process and Equipment at Baker Hughes for the Talamona Shop, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.



You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
