As an Account Manager based in our Rome office, you will primarily focus on managing and developing relationships with customers located in the Lazio region, which represents approximately 80% of our customer base. In addition, you will be responsible for selected accounts in the Campania and Puglia regions, which will require less frequent on-site engagement.

Your mission is to drive revenue growth and margin performance across your assigned portfolio,



covering OEM and EMS customers within the Military & Aerospace, Industrial, and Railway market segments. You will proactively manage the full sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent execution and strategic account planning.

What You Will Do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with customer(s) to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy.
