What will you do? We are looking for someone to take on the role of Senior Brand Manager for Raffo. You will be part of the Marketing Team with the aim to define strategy, lead 360° campaigns, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate growth to strengthen Raffo’s ranking as #3 in the Birra Peroni portfolio. You report to the Head of Local and International Premium Brands and coach one Junior Brand Manager within a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long‑term brand strategy and positioning framework that delivers sustainable share growth;
- Lead the 360° marketing plan: ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, PR, and sponsorships;
- Drive new product development: from ideation and concept testing to launch and post‑launch evaluation;
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs (market share, brand health, ROI, engagement metrics) and recommend corrective actions;
- Partner with Trade Marketing to craft shopper programs and in‑store experiences for On‑Trade and Off‑Trade;
- Manage the brand P&L;: budget allocation, forecasting, and tracking to meet financial targets;
- Steer agency partners (creative, media, digital) and manage contracts to ensure on‑brief, on‑time, on‑bu
