The great things you will do
Back Office Area

- Coordinate, supervise, and audit the work of the cleaning company,



ensuring Líbere standards and task completion times are met to avoid delays for customer check‑ins.
- Identify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring they are reported and resolved promptly.
- Oversee and track pending operational or maintenance issues to guarantee swift resolutions, either through internal staff or by coordinating with external companies.

Administrative Area

- Manage stock orders and requests, ensuring every site is fully supplied with the necessary items and products for operations.
- Safeguard lost and found items.
- Review and submit supplier invoices for payment.
- Handle purchases and request quotes.
- Manage and control laundry and amenities orders required for daily operations.

Customer Service Area

- The customer is at the heart of all operations. Working in the same building, we are responsible for making their experience unforgettable. A happy customer is sure to return :)
