Your Role
As a Senior Consultant in Energy Transition & Utilities, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex energy market challenges through data‑driven strategies, primarily in renewables and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will support the development of new business models and market entry strategies for renewable projects. The position also involves leading feasibility studies, technical‑economic analyses, and regulatory navigation for BESS integration into the grid.

- Strategic Advisory: Analyze data and market/regulatory trends to define energy transition strategies, from decarbonization and market expansion to technology adoption and efficiency improvements.
- Project Leadership: Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycles, managing scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines for complex engagements.
- Solution Design: Develop actionable plans for sustainable energy infrastructure, utility operational excellence, and digital transformation of energy assets.
- Implementation & Change: Drive execution of strategies and technologies, supporting change management and adoption of innovative energy solutions.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, lead meetings, and present insights clearly in Italian and English.
