Strategic Product Development VisionDevelop and communicate a clear product development strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. Lead a cross‑functional team, including R&D;, Quality Control, designers, and product managers, to execute the product development plan.
Market Analysis
- Remain informed about industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Conduct market research and consumer surveys to gather insights for product ideation.

Product Development
- Generate creative product ideas and concepts that resonate with target consumers.
- Collaborate with design and R&D; teams to refine concepts and create product prototypes.
- Oversee the formulation and testing of beauty products,



ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Address any product quality issues promptly and effectively.

Project Management
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet product launch deadlines.
- Monitor and track progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.

Supplier Management
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for formulations and packaging.
- Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with key partners.

Team Development
- Train, recruit and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and evaluations.

Profilo del Candidato
- Relevant experience in Beauty.
- B2B is a plus.
