Who We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for a Global Brand Manager to join the Home Brands marketing area for our Padua Headquarter. The person will be responsible for the management and business development of their assigned brands.

As a Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing the strategy for the assigned brands in line with the company’s objectives, while sharing responsibility for their P&L; performance.
- Managing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders,



acting as the primary point of contact for the brands under your responsibility.
- Defining annual marketing plans by gathering commercial feedback on brand performance across local markets, collection positioning, and distribution strategies, and by developing growth initiatives for the assigned brands across product development, communication, and trade marketing activities.
- Managing product collections, including the preparation of commercial briefs, collection selection and approval with internal stakeholders, pricing strategy, product ranking, and life‑cycle management.
- Monitoring sales performance, business plans, and marketing expenditures, identifying potential risks and issues and recommending actions to ensure brand growth and profitability targets are achieved.
