Your role will encompass: Review, draft, and negotiate EPC and O&M; contracts, as well as agreements related to the supply chain (e.g., service contracts, general terms and conditions for the supply of goods), ensuring client interests are protected in collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholdersProvide legal support across a broad spectrum of activities within Renewables Business Unit, including business development, origination, permitting, M&A;, corporate transactions, PPAs, project financing, and construction—primarily in Italy and Eastern EuropeAdvise stakeholders on legal frameworks,
