Job OverviewAs a Design Engineer, you will focus on the development of combines in the crop processing area. Working alongside the international team, you will be responsible for designing and developing moderately complex structures and sheet metal components, ensuring they meet stringent performance, durability, quality, and serviceability standards.

Your Impact

- 3-D and 2-D designing and development of parts, assemblies and mechanisms using a variety of materials and fabrication technologies.
- Creation of detailed production-quality fabrication drawings, design documentation, and assembly drawings for new and existing parts and ultimately managing engineering changes (ECR‑ECN) using EPDM or similar tools.
- Participation in design reviews with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc.).
- Collaboration on project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.




- Contribution to product validation and testing activities.

Your Experience and Qualifications

- Diploma Perito, Bachelor’s, or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Background in agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency in 3-D and 2-D modeling (ProE preferred) and MS Office tools.
- Skilled in drawing layouts and GD&T; methodology.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing sheet metal, castings, fabricated steel structures and mechanisms including welded and bolted assemblies.
- Knowledge of material properties, manufacturing techniques (Design for Manufacturing), failure and root‑cause analysis, inspection techniques, coatings, and fasteners.
- Ability to justify design decisions with calculations, analysis and written documentation.
