Experteer OverviewIn this role you will help grow and stabilize the IT infrastructure while delivering high‑quality, design‑to‑execution solutions. You will work within a cross‑functional team to ensure systems run securely, performantly, and in alignment with SLAs. You will oversee infrastructure and application initiatives, driving improvements and vendor collaboration. This position offers exposure to cutting‑edge projects in the life sciences technology space and opportunities for international growth.
Responsibilities
- Keep IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) operational, secure, and optimized.
- Implement and manage monitoring to track health and performance.
- Lead incident and problem resolution to minimize downtime.
- Forecast future infrastructure needs based on growth and tech trends.
- Apply and maintain security measures to protect the environment.
- Oversee deployment, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications to meet SLAs.
- Implement application performance monitoring to identify bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with development and stakeholders on application incidents.
- Manage change management to deploy changes with minimal risk.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance commitments.
- Lead infrastructure and application projects, delivering on time, within scope, and budget.
- Ensure project team performance adheres to standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications
- B.A. in IT or B.A./M.A. in computer science/engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in ICT & Hosting roles.
- Knowledge of virtualization and dockerization technologies.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 27001 knowledge.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for all management levels.
- Ability to build relationships with clients face to face.
- Fluent English.
