The resource, reporting directly to the IT Coordinator, will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure and providing technical support to internal users, working across both help desk activities and system/infrastructure-related projects. The role also includes managing IT operations across two sites in the Milan metropolitan area, ensuring effective support, operational continuity, and coordination of activities according to business needs and project priorities.

Job Responsibilities

- Follow up on IT projects and projects that involve IT.
- Source and facilitate IT support by meeting the site flexibility needs.
- Identify and manage incidents having a significant impact on production and shipments.
- Provide reporting on these incidents, communicate to the impacted business teams as well as to the IT manager and his hierarchy, and identify and alert on recurring incidents.




- Identify and track IT requests made by the site.
- Verify compatibility with governance rules before implementation or check feasibility with the IT Manager or Country Manager.
- Identify actions to secure critical activities of the site (security stock, escalation process).
- Execute, contribute to the organization and planning of maintenance operations, in coordination with site management and its IT correspondents.
- Propose continuous improvements to reduce the number of tickets and ensure a good level of user satisfaction.
- Propose solutions that improve incident resolution time.
- Monitor the end-to-end interventions of IT partners who intervene on site (networks, telephony, etc.).
- Disseminate and respect the standards and best practices put in place by the central teams.
- Manage material on site (security stock, renewal, replacement in case of breakdowns, etc.).
