Responsibilities

-
- Preparation of training documentation as required, including trainees files with all relevant forms in reference to the indicated courses.
- Ensure timely production of course documentations, including company specific documents/forms if required
- Administer course pre-requisites for all clients
- Maintenance of clients records as per manual requirements
- Knowledge and follow up all training guidelines being informed about Manual and PROCESS Manual contents.
- Control of instructors, keeping files update with all relevant documents required to exercise their privileges as instructor/examiner.
- Maintain Instructors records in Gemini/STARS (or relevant system).




- Check and review training records ensuring the adequate completion by instructors/ examiners
- Issue training completion certificates as needed, related to the indicated course and considering the special indications or procedures stated for each customer.
- Keep copy of all trainee documents, training records and certificates for the period required by regulation.

- Garantire la produzione tempestiva della documentazione relativa ai corsi, inclusi eventuali documenti/moduli specifici richiesti dal cliente.
- Gestire tutti i requisiti preliminari dei corsi per tutti i clienti.
- Mantenere i registri dei clienti in conformità rispetto ai manuali.
- Conoscere e monitorare le linee guida di formazione, mantenendosi aggiornati sui contenuti d
