The

Finance Manager

will support the Executive Team and key stakeholders by providing high-quality financial management, reporting, and analysis within an international business environment. The role will play a critical part in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and insight in financial reporting, with a strong focus on shareholder reporting and performance analysis.



The successful candidate will act as a trusted finance partner, delivering clear financial insights to senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. They will also have deep knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures within Chinese culture and protocol.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders.

Conduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Support the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.
