We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Emilia Romagna team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for our restaurant partners, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to lead their growth and manage brand relationships across the Italian market.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Italian Account Management team. We are a passionate, dynamic group of team players focused on offering premium consultancy to our top brands by collaborating across marketing, operations, and product departments.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

- Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a primary point of contact for the network in your region.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies
