Our client, well established international Investment bank is looking for Senior Associate to join their team in Milan.

Requirements
Fluency in Italian is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A;) within a reputable financial institution or law firm.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the execution of M&A; transactions from inception to closure, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation support.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation assessments to support decision-making processes.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and legal advisors. xbvzest

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development in the M&A; domain.
