As a
Senior Regional Sales Manager
in our Trauma division, you will play a critical role in shaping the performance, culture, and long-term success of a strategically important region in Northern Italy.This is a high-impact leadership role, designed for someone who thrives in complexity, leads with purpose, and knows how to build and elevate high-performing teams.
What you will do
You will take full ownership of your region, leading both people and business performance, while strengthening partnerships with healthcare professionals and delivering sustainable growth.
* Lead, coach, and develop a
high-performing sales team
, fostering an inclusive and motivating environment
* Own regional performance:
sales,



forecasting, pipeline development, and budget accountability
* Build and maintain strong relationships with
key stakeholders and healthcare decision-makers (including KOLs)
* Drive business growth through both
existing accounts and new customer acquisition
* Manage a
complex ecosystem
, including direct reports and indirect channels (agents and distributors)
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure
excellent customer experience across the full order-to-cash cycle
* Analyse performance data and implement
targeted actions to improve results
* Lead and embrace change, contributing to
innovation, simplification, and scalability
