TheSoul Group is seeking an Outreach Specialist to own the top of the funnel end to end, shaping targeting strategy and running outbound motion across email and LinkedIn.

You will build ICPs, assemble targeted prospect lists, and hand over sales-ready conversations to the commercial team.
You will work closely with the Head of Business Operations and the Outreach/CRM team, using a familiar stack (HubSpot, Asana, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Meet xbvzest Alfred) to drive measurable pipeline and revenue
